Through the park to the Quays, and it snowed too
It started off quite sunny then went dark
Before I knew it white flakes began to
Appear before my eyes, before I knew
What I was seeing. Fascinated by
The upside down reflections, took a few
Pictures, buildings subverted from the sky
To the rippling water just caught my eye
That liquid expanse at the harbour’s fork
Quays to left and right, an impressive view
My pictures taken, time to head on my
Way back home down Trafford Road, there I stalk
My hood down, head happily topped with snow
