Had lots of queries at work 'bout my face
Looking a bit bashed in, to say the least
I told them true, delivery at pace
Of face onto road, on the way home, pissed
On Saturday evening, oh what a waste
Of my perfect skin, some song titles here
I hope you musos out there have noticed
But it's quite cool, I think, to drink much beer
Even if you become a sozzled wee-er
The weather was hot, left coat at my place
Regretted it later because it pissed
Down, but borrowed a woman's umbrella
It got me home and dry. I had a taste
Of beer tonight but only two pints, mates!!
