Another busy evening, positive
My speaker wire works again, now it's out
Of the wall, expanded once more to give
A decent stereo sound. Yippee! No doubt
Though, the biggest plus has to be about
Ringing Bank of Scotland, my mortgage bank
And making arrangements to throw amounts
Of extra dosh from now on at it. Thank
God it was easy, didn't draw a blank
My rental income will really relieve
The amount I pay each month if I put
It all in, no point it being in my bank
No interest on savings, so I will heave
It all at reducing my mortgage debt
