A long day, back home eleven fifteen
Fun walk round town once more with Josephine
Went to Chinese supermarket for beans
Natto beans, and matcha tea (it's bright green!)
Tried both when at Vee's flat later this e'en
The beans were, without much sauce on, hard goin'
I'll mix them with my food when I'm eatin'
Them in future, maybe gravy, plate clean
No problem. I'm into the health food scene
Quinoa, natto, matcha, coconut, been
Trying them all, it's to preserve my skin
And bones in a fit state so to be seen
Losing my stomach fat, exercisin'
It's all good, hope I keep on, keep keepin'
