Then went for a walk before got too tired

The waterside heading towards the bridge
Crossing the bridge from Salford to the town
Of Stretford, or Old Trafford, a village
In the city of Manchester, a stretch
From there to home, some energy applied
Popped into Aldi, queues to make you frown
But good value. A few things for the fridge
When I got back Gerard was here. We found
