With the wonderful Helen helping me
To get better at tricky interviews
And to get nearer where my expertise
Merits. It's nice someone cares for a change
Enough to do that, willingly assist
Me. Then read about pensions, to arrange
My thoughts for Wednesday, when I will exchange
My small knowledge in a talk, hopefully
Showing communication expertise
Then, straight from work to acting! Now less strange
And more natural, though still not easy
Helped by a friendly actor and actress
