So after yesterday’s failed shopping, thought
I’d go to Manchester centre today
But changed my mind, went instead to Salford
Shopping City. Might be cheaper and they
Might have more choice than Salford Quays mall. Way
Cheaper as it turned out. New boots only
Twenty quid. Bargain back in January
Twenty-four quid in Ashton but now see
Shoe Zone in Salford for cheap shoes! Got me
A toaster and I even could afford
A new dining table and chairs, eighty
Quid, plus twenty more for delivery
And they’ll remove the old ones. But my bed
From Benson’s, now there’s two months more delay ☹️
