4992 - Don't mess up the press-ups

Time's dragging today, too tired to do much
Though managed exercises, so on course
To repeat 7 out of 7, such
An achievement last week, the best for years
Or ever, working out all 7 days
So I want to continue and make it
A daily routine that I never pause
I'm back up to a hundred press-ups with
110 the record I hit
Two days ago. Wonder if I can nudge
It higher, and how much more can I raise
It? 150 the target?
200? 300? Could see a surge
A real incentive to stay health-conscious
