A day off, looking at festival venues
Then lunch and shower and off out for some drinks
And chats with ex-work colleagues that I used
To see every day, back for more chatting

As Sonia kept them safe in her bag while
We went on to Cooper's Hall for meeting
The rest of the party. They didn't sell
Food so we diverted to Slice to fill
Tummies, though I'd eaten already. Booze
Was all I bought there. Some great drinks bargains
At Cooper's Hall, and five Pilsner Urquell
Pints went down well. But shame I couldn't choose
From the fun cocktail list. Next time, methinks...
